NEW PRICE MODEL
Effective January 1, 2020, IntelliClick is introducing a price change for new customer purchases. Existing IntelliClick customers will not have any price change and will be grandfathered with current pricing in place for their subscription. This will also apply to any upgrades purchased by existing customers.
Over the years, partners have mentioned a barrier to entry due to the higher cost in the first year associated with provisioning, install & training. We are removing this first year cost and we have adjusted the on-going price for the annual subscription. Partners will still be able to charge billable time for their services to do the install OR this can be purchased separately from IntelliClick (but still marked up by the partner). The flat rate for new installs charged by IntelliClick is $495. There will be promotions during the 1Q 2020 that will offer discounts on this fee so watch for these.
Training and documentation for installs will be provided to partners who want to handle this themselves. For installs done by partners, a short web session must be done for IntelliClick to validate that the install has been completed correctly before user training will be scheduled with the client.
There continues to be 3 versions of IntelliClick; Standard, Standard PLUS or Premium. The new price points for these are as follows:
Standard: $1,495 annually
Standard PLUS: $1,995 annually
Premium: $2,495 annually
Partner margin will be 20% for new and renewal sales.
Major new product features, combined with a lower entry price, should help your sales efforts with IntelliClick. The opportunity to provide billable services as part of the sale will enable revenue that should more than offset the 5% reduction in margin for the first year sale.
