Reputation Defender is SMTP’s proprietary technology that uses big data to proactively monitor email list health and safeguard the sender domain and IP reputation among ISPs by suppressing bad emails that are identified as hard bounces.

IntelliClick is adding this feature which applies to all messages sent through your SMTP.com relay account and adds an additional safeguard to enhance your sending reputation. This applies to addresses that were not previously identified and flagged in GoldMine from prior campaigns.
