NEW PRODUCT FEATURE RELEASE

,

IntelliClick has now released an important new feature to improve the mas e-mail sending reputation of  by intercepting invalid e-mail addresses not previously flagged in your database.  Reputation Defender, which is provisioned by SMTP.com, is now included at no additional cost with all versions of IntelliClick.

Reputation Defender is SMTP’s proprietary technology that uses big data to proactively monitor email list health and safeguard the sender domain and IP reputation among ISPs by suppressing bad emails that are identified as hard bounces. This applies to addresses that were not previously identified and flagged in GoldMine from prior campaigns.

IntelliClick is adding this feature which automatically applies to all messages sent through your SMTP.com relay account. This adds an additional safeguard to enhance your sending reputation. Addresses suppressed by Reputation Defender will be flagged as hard bounce in GoldMine through the usual scrub process of the IntelliSend module. Note, customers with dedicated SMTP.com IP accounts must set up this feature separately with SMTP.com.

We are pleased to announce this as part of our latest 2022.1.10 product release. The next time you open the IntelliClick Wizard you may be prompted to apply the update or it can be accessed by clicking here. Once you have updated, there are no other steps to take to have Reputation Defender in place.
