Is Coming To United States?

New privacy laws, similar to the GDPR legislation in Europe, are going into effect in California. Legislation went into effect May 26, 2018 in the European Union. Now, similar protection for consumers is being adopted by California. Learn More.

IntelliClick released its GDPR ready version this past May to help companies comply in Europe and now those same features can help your company with privacy laws as they are introduced in United States.

For those who have subscribed to the IntelliClick PLUS or Premium version, you can now take advantage of features that help your organization be ready for privacy legislation in many parts of the world. Whether its the European Union with its GDPR rules or California (2020). For those marketing into Canada, we also have a special module for Canada Anti Spam Legislation (CASL) compliance readiness as well.

Any IntelliClick customers who are not yet on the Standard PLUS or Premium version, your subscription can be upgrade at any time at a pro-rated fee based upon your subscription renewal date. Those who already have the PLUS features with their subscription can contact Customer Care to schedule help to make sure your modules are deployed correctly and obtain user training if needed.
