Prepare & Send Process - "Best Practice"
The recent updates to the IntelliClick Wizard now make it easier to prepare you campaign and add tracking with just a few clicks. The Express Tracking module has been enhanced to allow multiple elements to be added or tracked all at once. This includes basic hyperlinks, company footer and unsuscribe link, open tracking, view in browser option and add vCard option. Only Advanced tracked links, like call to action or alerts, need to be added as you build your message if these apply.
To help you get the most from the latest version, we have prepared a best practices quick reference for the 3 steps of a recommended Prepare & Send process:
- Prepare the email template in the editor of your choice; Apply Advanced links if applicable
- Save the resulting template as an HTML file
- Set campaign tracking and other special elements using the Express Method
Once your template is ready and coded, use the IntelliSend module to send your campaign with the HTML file as the template source.
