UPDATED VERSION RELEASE - 9.8.5

The IntelliClick 9.8.5 version is now available. An important part of this release are GDPR readiness features for the legislation that went into effect in late May in the European Union. We werer joined by Derek Lackey, an expert and speaker on this and other legislations around the world A webinar recording regarding this legislation, along with a demonstration of our new features, can be viewed here.

Versions: We now are adding Standard PLUS as a version along with the LITE, Standard and Premium offering. This new version is bundling what was our PLUS Package which is now enhanced with a more features (see below) and is basically priced as a combination of the Standard with the PLUS package together.

Pricing: Customers who already purchased the PLUS package previously will be automatically upgraded to the Standard PLUS version. Premium version users get all these features included with that version as well. Our latest price list outlines the breakdown of the features included with the two Standard versions and Premium. The LITE version continues to be available as its features and price are referenced seperately on the price list.

VERSION FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS

Enhanced Email Footer: the Express Tracking module now creates additional links in the email template footer. A link to the company privacy statement is automatically generated if they have filled the URL to this page in the preferences area. This same option can be set using Advanced links to allow this link to be set as desired by the user. A second link is automatically created for setting subscription preferences if the user chooses to use the subscription list option when creating a campaign.

Enhanced Quick Update: users can verify information they have for contacts (primary contact) and allow their customers or prospects to update this information; provision is available to confirm consent for keeping data

Enhanced Subscription Management: users can now manage various subscription lists for opt-in or opt-out at the email address level using special hyperlinks and related web forms included with IntelliClick. Email merge codes are kept in line with the selections made by those who choose to opt-in or opt-out and date/time stamped details of this are stored on a Subscription tab in GoldMine.

"Smart" Web Tracking Cookie: users have the option of turning on a "smart" cookie that will confirm permission to track web visitors and keep a log of this permission if granted; Otherwise web navigation tracking is disabled until that permission is granted. We have also enhanced the deployment of web tracking to now be centralized to a java script file on the IntelliClick server with only a URL reference needed in the header of each page of your web site. This will make it easy to deploy updates and new functionality with no added effort on your part once you update to this version of our cookie management. Activate / Deactivate Recipient Emails: users can now temporarily turn on or off email addresses based upon country or country email domain. This helps provide "peace of mind" while companies may be working on their GDPR readiness and allow them to avoid sending to EU countries.
