Privacy Legislation Readiness

As new privacy legislation is being introduced around the world, IntelliClick continues to enhance its feature set. We have already seen significant legislation go into effect in Canada and the European Union in the past few years. Now, the first sign of these regulations coming to the United States are with the California Consumer Privacy Act which is due to go into effect January 1, 2020.

To learn more about this legislation, please register for a special webinar on Wednesday, August 8th at 1:00 p.m. EDT. Derek Lackey from Newport Thompson, an expert on privacy legislations and a regular contributor on past IntelliClick privacy legislation compliance webinars, will be presenting an overview of this legislation and how it will impact marketers when it goes into effect.
