NEW SUPPORT OPTION

Effective November 15, 2018, a new support option is available to IntelliClick customers. You many now obtain assistance for a system check or reinstallation of your IntelliClick modules as part of your annual subscription.

For those whose GoldMine system has been updated or moved to a new server, there is often a need to reconnect various modules of IntelliClick to insure it is working with the new location. One complimentary technical session, per annual IntelliClick subscription period, is available to your organization for assistance with any reinstallation or adjustments needed.


Initiating a request for a system check or reinstallation can be done via our IntelliClick support portal where you can select that option as part of opening a support ticket. The support portal is available from the main menu of your IntelliClick Wizard, from the IntelliClick home page at www.intelliclicksoftware.com or by clicking here. Select the option for a system check/reinstallation when completing the request.
