Bard service parts list pricing will be adjusted with orders placed July 1, 2018 and after.
The 2150-006 Bard Parts Price Guide and S3365 Volume IV Parts DVD have been updated to reflect parts pricing change. S3366 Volume IV DVD – Parts Cross Reference has been updated with parts cross reference info without pricing being displayed.
There are three options to obtain the updated information. Electronic versions options 1 & 2 are available at no charge. Option 3 printed hard copies will be invoiced at $2.50/copy plus shipping.
Option 1: Bard Nexus Distributor Access - Electronic. Updated 2150-006 Parts Price Guide dated 07.01.2018 is available to download/print. File can be accessed through the Bard web: www.bardhvac.com Distributor Access / Pricing Guides Folder / 07.01.2018 2150.006 Service Parts List.
Option 2: DVD Format – Electronic. There are two versions of the Volume IV Parts & Pricing Guide DVD
S3365 Volume IV Parts & Parts Pricing Guide DVD – With Pricing
S3366 Volume IV Parts & Parts Cross Reference Guide DVD – No Pricing
Option 3: 2150-006 Parts Price Guide - Printed. Purchase Orders can be faxed to your inside Bard Customer Service Rep at 419.636.6692. The cost for a printed copy is $2.50/each plus shipping.
Distributors that are using servers and want to update their system electronically: A comma delimited (.cvs) file that contains the information in the 2150-006 Bard Parts Price Guide is available via e-mail by contacting Bill Metz at bill.metz@bardhvac.com.
