pre-treatment spray tunnels are not the kind of place you want to spend a lot of time in. They are smelly, noxious and generally unpleasant to be in. Our quick change nozzles tips can dramatically reduce the time required for routine nozzle maintenance. The tips snap in and out of the ball socket holders with a simply twist. Old tips can be removed for cleaning and replaced with new tips in a couple of seconds. As the tips snap back in at the exact same position there is no need to spend time to align the spray nozzle.
