Average Notional Rent Increases of 10% in 2014

GP Surveyors has released its latest Notional Rent figures – showing that GP Surgeries who challenged their Notional Rent in 2014 received average increases of 10%. This is the increase negotiated by GP Surveyors over and above the figure initially calculated by the District Valuer (NHS England).
